SereneCook® Limited Warranty
SereneCook warrants that products manufactured by SereneCook and purchased directly from SereneCook or from an authorized SereneCook retailer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household, non-commercial use, when used and maintained according to provided care instructions.
This Limited Warranty applies for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is valid only within the United States.

When submitting a warranty request, you may be asked to provide:

A description of the issue

Photos or additional details to help evaluate the claim
If your claim is approved, SereneCook will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product, or
-
Replace it with the same product or a comparable item of equal or greater value
Replacement items may differ in color or finish from the original product. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable alternative will be provided.
SereneCook is not required to replace or repair any product without valid proof of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
a. Commercial, professional, or institutional use
b. Misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow care and use instructions
c. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
d. Scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, fading, or surface marks from normal use
e. Improper storage or handling
f. Accidents, fire, flooding, or other natural events
g. Damage caused by overheating or exposure to excessive heat
h. Use of metal, sharp, or abrasive utensils on coated surfaces
i. Use of abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool, bleach, or harsh chemicals
j. Thermal shock, dropping the product, or impact damage
k. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
l. Deterioration of nonstick or coated surfaces due to prolonged high heat or improper use
m. Glass, ceramic, or porcelain components included with or attached to the product
n. Replacement of non-defective components when only part of a multi-piece product is affected
Eligibility & Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original U.S. consumer purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original U.S. recipient, and is not transferable.
Products must be purchased new from SereneCook or an authorized SereneCook seller within the United States. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces not approved by SereneCook are not covered under this warranty.
Replacement Products
SereneCook reserves the right to use new, refurbished, reconditioned, or remanufactured products or parts when fulfilling warranty claims. Any replacement will be comparable in function and performance and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SereneCook products are provided “as is” and this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided.
SereneCook’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SereneCook shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of use, loss of profits, or replacement costs

Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product
SereneCook’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Any product descriptions, images, or marketing statements are for identification purposes only and do not constitute an express warranty.

Authorized Sellers
Because we cannot control the quality or condition of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SereneCook or from authorized SereneCook retailers.
